This is true although I don't necessarily think it happens in a predestined way. This thread should stay on topic because I don't want it to turn into a religious debate.

I hadn't thought of those connotations. I never intended any religious connection. I guess I'm just used to metaphysical and theoretic discussions, "sending that car into the crowd."

Shit, we may need a Theoretical subforum.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
      Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

so basicly our dreams and thoughts are in the 4th deminsion and our bodys/physical things are merely stuck in 3d?

Kind of, of course this is all speculation though.

I've been caught up in co-op-consciousness and a chaotic order for a spell. All roads on that thought end in pre-destiny. Instead the idea of consciousness being energy, itself, being fleeting and re-experienced through multiple forms, not all life-like, some merely energy based, has brought an entirely new design of thought for me. If we exist here, and everywhere along our consciousness' energy path, we would be immortal. Not in body, just in energy. Not even realizing it. No goals, no disappointments, nothing. It would be an inevitable circle, or even more so, a sphere, that would cause us to hamster-wheel ourselves into eternity. It's sad, but predictible. Control freaks would love it.

Then there is a thought of a "spiral".

Going to bed now. This thread has made me excited for my dreams tonight.

Dammit. I took to long to type. Our bodies aren't stuck. They are just fleeting images of what just happened. Kind of like a flip book.

EDIT: now going to bed. G'night r3v.

I thought the time was understood to be the 4th dimension?

                      Ditto.

Also, that guy in the original video sounds like Agent Smith from The Matrix.

Carl Sagan does not sound like agent Smith. Agent Smith sounds like Carl Sagan.

Ahaha, I have an exam on this on Monday.

And Carl Sagan is one of my all time hero's. Him, along with Einstein and Edwin Hubble.
