This movie just made my all time top ten favorite movies list, I'm not even kidding. It was incredible. I saw it last night, and I'm going again tonight. As soon as I saw the first trailer, I knew this movie was going to fucking kick ass. The cast is perfect, and I mean every single fucking actor/actress in the movie. They all fit the charcters from the comic 100%, and nothing is left half-assed. Non-stop violence right from the get go, and gatuitous nudity and T&A throughout. At the end of the movie, my friends and I were just left staring at the screen, watching the credits, our jaws on the floor speechless. We could not for the life of us find a single flaw with the movie.

If you haven't seen it yet, GO TONIGHT. You will not regret it.

I dont know the comic so i cna't comment on that, however I do wish more of Jessica alba was in it, she was bearly in it, mostly at the end. I like the fact that she wasn't given a slutty character to play.

I read a bad review from some comic book yuppie, he was sayin how it was a poor attempt at remaking the comic bah bah. I think he was jus a nerd that likes reading comics and doesn't want the movie industry stealing the show.

I thought it was a really good story, but i know nothing about the comic.

This is the main issue that a lot of people are having with the movie. The comic of Sin City revolves around dozens of characters, who's lives and events in them just by chance cross paths frequently. They all live in this city, plagued by corruption and crime, and the movie is a live action version of 3 issues of the comic, and they are almost panel for panel, line for line replicated on the screen from the comic.

Bruce Willis plays Hartigan, a cop who on his last day on the force, saves her when she is 11 years old from a child rapist named Junior Roarke, the son of Senator Roarke, a very powerful man in Sin City. I don't want to reveal anymore, but when he meets up with her again 8 years later, she's 19 and a dancer at a club, but it's not a strip club.

I've seen the trailer for Sin City and it does look good. Don't think I can make time to see it this weekend but I do plan on going to check it out soon. It looks awesome :D
