But even regardless of that, the MYT currently makes no horsepower because a working prototype of it has still never been built. Dreams are fine and dandy on paper but won't get you very far.
Right, but have you ever seen a Formula engine in a BMW?

    and  so true.

Blah blah hp vs tq blah blah wankel blah turbo .

Wankel engines are amazing but have shitty reliability, apex seals blow constantly. Everything is a trade off, cost, efficiency, torque, reliability and cost. We have really pushed the limited of internal combustion engines already. F1 engines, nitro funny cars have huge output, for one race only. The more power, the more heat, the more stress.

Mr. Sleeve is right, you need low end torque to drive otherwise you are going to transfer the stress onto the driveline. You think revving shit out of parts make them last longer. Everything is a trade off.

You may laugh but the next generation of car will be electric. Battery technology is almost there to support E bikes, and I think we may live to see moto gp being electric. That being said, current E cars are garbage mainly because the batt tech sucks, very wasteful, heavy, slow to charge. That could change in a decade.

Still energy is energy, it doesn’t come from nowhere. When we tap oil/gas reserves we are literally taking the remnants of millions of years of photosynthesis (energy storage).
Where do we get our hydrogen from?? Almost completely from dehydrogenation of oil/gas. You can’t break the laws of thermodynamics, and I am so sick of hearing about CO2 capture. It's fucking rediculous, you need to put at least the same amount of energy back into CO2 that you got from burning the hydrocarbon. Where are you going to store it? Your ass?

        Nope, already full

It's all bullshit (no pun intended).

Find out about Tesla's ideas on free energy. That's awesome stuff.

In many cases its pumped into oil and gas fields (tight shale fields mostly) to help break the resource away from the parent rock. and push it to the well points.

Then all that CO2 is sequestered in that field. Also many old abandoned oil and gas fields that have no more recoverable resource that are not being used for NG storage are being used for CO2 sequestration.

But yes I do agree with you, in the regards of capturing CO2 just for the sake of capture and sequester and not as a means to enhance resource production is just an exercise in futility, and just a waste of time and energy to be put to use for other shit.
