+1, I had an ongoing battle with them where i didn't pay my bill for 3 months because they kept charging me for the night and weekend minutes used when they should have been free. Then they tried to disconnect my phone cause i wasn't making payments, i told them when my bill is sorted out and isn't showing as $1200 i'll make a payment, until then i'm not making any payments before they try to hold me accountable for $1200 since i would have been paying on that amount. Needless to say i disconnected from them as soon as my contract was up.Comment

I have spotty 3G coverage, and lots of drops/half the convo missing issues. They told me it was because I have a BlackBerry. Way to support the product you sell. Coulda told me that it's because I'm making calls in Idaho Farmland.Comment

I got a little text the other day that I had over $50 in texting charges for that billing cycle. I had like $300 in SMS/MMS charges. Turns out they decided to drop my unlimited texting plan when I slapped on the data plan for the iPhone. Luckily, they corrected it quickly.paint sucksComment
