    Yeah, the Stanley hotel was the inspiration for the shining book. It wasn't filmed there.

      My mistake, I knew it was Shining related.

      PM me for detailing services in the Longmont / Boulder Area in Colorado!

        I love Colorado. I'll live in the Fruita/Grand Junction area at some point in my life I'm sure.

          The only fun thing I know to do in Colorado outdoors is eat burritos and smoke the finest reefer in the world.

          What else would you need?

            So far I have these outdoor recommendations from this thread:

            Horsetooth Reservoir up in Fort Collins
            rocky mountain national park
            Estes Park
            the national forest
            indian peaks area
            The foothills
            mount evans

            And these for nighttime recreation(I'm 27 so more recs are def welcome):

            :: Denver::
            16th street mall
            The Hard Rock
            Coyote Ugly
            Lodo
            bars over on colfax

            ::Boulder::

            ::Fort Collins::

            Anything else?

            As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
            You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

              :Boulder:
              At night the hill can provide entertainment, as can Pearl Street. Maybe look into a show at the Fox... Or Aggie Theatre (Ft. Collins).

              Boulder and Ft. Collins are college towns, night life... There's gotta be some trouble you can get into somewhere
