I bet this thing looks intense in person, just like the new 5er.

The rims are brutal....should be on an Escalade somewhere.
Isn't that what a 6 series is? a 2 door 5 series. Look at the e28 and e24, do they not look similar? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Uber hot and most likely expensive, V10 in that would be worthy of M6 to me.

I can see schnitzer and hamann doing something good with the nasty lower grille, in which case years down the road when these cars lose their resale value... I will hazz.

Too bad it'll just be getting V8's.

I think the E24 is based on the E23.

I love that (although they would never admit it) they are going back on their designs. Controversy doesn't do much for me when the car looks like ass and I love that the dash is getting that cockpit feel back.
                  Im now E30less.

True but doesn't have the persona of an exotic.

side profile is great, front looks like a squirrel, interior is kinda meh, but overall it is much improved style wise over the old car.

Absolutely beautiful, but I hope they don't try and go too "Jaguarish" with their future designs, 'cause this is looking somewhat like an XFR..

EDIT: Oh, and they need to lose the hood-rat bling wheels. It's a goddamn BMW, not a 1987 Caprice.

i love the original e24, so the recent car was always huge and ugly to me.

But i think they backpedaled a little too much on the redesign, its mega conservative.

It reminds me of a more bland e class coupe.

Both german carmakers are ricing the rear lights, I hate them.

Nope, the later ones were based on the e28, early ones based on the e12. Both 5 series'.

Edit: for comparison with my sig (since its the same perspective)
