So I had a job at a small privately owned bakery for a few weeks however today I get "fired." That word is in quotations because of the events I am about to reveal to you:

Ray Ban goes in to work (this is Ray Ban's approximately 2nd week at work, it's also pay day) and begins doing her job which consists of packaging already made breads, washing dishes, peeling peaches, etc. The work day proceeds in this way for about 4 hours, then it's lunch-time for Ray Ban and her coworker Maggie.

After lunch Ray Ban and Maggie continue their work with the addition of Jessica. No one likes Jessica. Except the Boss. Jessica and Boss are big buddies. Jessica overhears Ray Ban tell Maggie that Boss is crazy and she can't prioritize. Ray Ban thinks, "No big deal."

About an hour later Ray Ban gets tired of Boss's craziness and goes to the owners of the store where Boss's bakery is (if you didn't catch that: bakery is inside a small grocery. Ray Ban is friends with grocery store ladies) and tells them she doesn't want to work with Boss for the ENTIRE day. Grocery store ladies say, "if you work here for the rest of the day will you stay." Ray Ban says Fuck yea.

After a few minutes Ray Ban gets summoned to the grocery kitchen and begins much more fun work.

In about an hour, Maggie comes and tells Ray Ban she's fired. A grocery store lady comes and tells Ray Ban she's fired. Everyone tells Ray Ban she's been fired except Boss. So is Ray Ban fired? Apparently the reasons were: Ray Ban works too slow. Ray Ban is trying to sabotage my business. Ray Ban is unfriendly.

At the end of the day Boss gives Ray Ban her check and leaves having said nothing about the firing.

I have no doubt that I'm actually fired because the boss is too immature to actually do it herself, she just sent it through the grapevine like a little bitch. But I'm debating going in on Monday and acting like it's any other day and when she asks say, "well YOU never told me I was fired." Lol. Has this ever happened to anyone? Have you ever had a boss that acts like a complete child?

Just shut the fuck up and do your job. Work is not social, bitch about everything time. Keep your drama loving mouth shut and shit like this wouldn't happen.
