Buddy's truck. It's pretty sick. It's not really a bro truck, but buddy behaves like a bro, so it kinda fits.

My DD is an F150 with 2 inch lift and 33's. Its spends most every summer weekend on the beach, goes in the mud, tows trailers and is perfect for going to the pick and pull with the days bounty.

And its quicker than most of the e30's on here, including my 2.8 stroker e30. How's that? brah

That's not a bro truck brah, and I'm aware of the low end torque of pickup trucks, after 60mph they get really slow.

I'm moving from a 7000lb capacity truck to a 9400lb capacity truck. I was towing ~7600lbs, but probably won't be going that high again. Also, I wasn't the one towing at 85 in my truck, I go 65-70. Settle down Francis, it's not like I haven't thought this through.

I test drove a new F150 Lariat 4x4 and was surprised at how slow it felt. But it was a brand new truck with 7 miles on it (11 when we were done). I imagine it would loosen up. A buddy of mine has a Navigator and that thing tows pretty damn well with that 5.4, 7-spd and 3.38 (I think) rear end.

Ummmm No its a LSD if it was a locker it would hop like a fucker every time you try to turn a corner or there would be a diff lock switch.

Thought the vlanches had a GCVW of around 12k and the 3/4 tons with the 8.1 closer to 16k, for respective tow ratings of 8500 and 11k give or take some I dont remember precisely.

still 9400 gvw is a bit much on a 1/2 ton I still dont see how Nissan and yota are claiming that and keeping them together when people actually try it, more than seldom occasions. Really I have pulled 7ish K behind a colorado (not something I want to repeat mind you)

I used to sell Titans and there numbers are way over than what they really can do; I've seen a few Titans come in because the rear axle couldn't do what they claimed.....just google rear axle problems for titans, also don't be surprised if the exhaust manifolds crack.

Personally I'm a chevy guy, its hard to hate small block gas or duramax; although ford and dodge have some decent offerings too.

Bro trucks are gay, end of story. You want an off road vehicle ment to offroad instead of trying to look cool with dirt and 10k hids, get a H1 Hummer.
