I don't want an old car if I'm going to get something other than an e30. Aside from maybe an old 510 or something.
Also, cooling system shit is small potatoes. That's basic maintenance. Give me some credit here.

Nice ninja edit btw. The cooling system is the weak point for sure. 30k sounds pretty prematurely IMO.Leave a comment:

That's because e36s are too old and people work on the cars at home. The current e9x series come in for basic maint/severe work. I too, work at BMW Dealership and the most common cars are e39s, e46s, x3s, and x5s (e53s, not e70s). Notice how they were ALL built in the same era?I work at a BMW service garage, and all we see in there is e46 coming in, including M's.
If you like AWD, I would recommend this:

Evos Ive heard bad about. I was just at my friend's buddy's shop and he breathes 90's JDM cars. Like unknown Mitsus and stuff
Anyways his buddy had a NSX, and it was a cool car. It had this one tuner's wheels and became associated with that company after they went big. So he sold it to them for alot and bought an EVO 8 or 9 (can't remember what he said). He has tuned it obviously, but the guy said it is on its 4th transfer case. The guy paid cash for a top of the line GT-R in 2008... and he is only a lieutenant in the Navy
Anyways I like the Hyundai Tiburon. I dont know much about them, but Hyundai makes a well built car, and Im sure they can be uber fast.

really CTS-v and few mods 400hp, manual gear box, Full size, 4 doors ( for utility and DD duties) decent trunk space as well, decent mileage when you dont have your foot planted on the floor board, and TORQUE . That and totally docile to drive till you want it to go fast and they do handle very good on top of all that

The bugeye WRX had weaker transmissions. They were upgraded in the square and bird eye ones. They have a valve that prevents awd clutch dump and stronger, wider gears.Leave a comment:

The people who own STi's in your village Josh are completely different from the people who own them in mine. The people you're talking about own those Neon SRT 4's lul.
I like STi's and it sounds like it fills Danny's department of what he wants.Leave a comment:
