That cat looks like it is plotting your demise. I need to make another trip across the UP so I have new material to post. All my current stuff is either party or rallycar centric.

Thanks! Nope, almost straight out of camera. That place is a natural spring. 45 feet deep and 45 degrees year around. It's awesome.

You don't need long exposures w/ the moon if you just want a picture of it. ISO 400 @ 1/100 shutter and Aperture 5.6 should get you a good shot. A 300mm lens gets you framed really well.
Or, these settings work too
Exposure 0.013 sec (1/80)
Aperture f/11.0
Focal Length 300 mm
ISO Speed 100
