Blackbird,
Great shots! The 600 Mustang looks like the one that was based out of Kissimmee Fl. Once we took the B-17 up for a test flight and he flew "escort."
After a while he thought it would be fun to do strafing runs on us. So naturally I had to "man a 50." This juvenille behavior went on and on until I scored a "hit." He grabbed his chest and slowly rolled over.
When landed it was beer 30 and pure damn excitement.
Your pics really brought it back for me. Thanks man. BTW, having the b&w P-40 with the follow-me jeep and the reenactors is publishable stuff. Again, great job!Comment

Thanks. It was a good show that I look forward to every year. Its very small and hardly advertised so not a whole lot of people show up. The 600 Mustang is actually a "Thunder Mustang", 3/4 scale powered by a Falconer V12. Its a very accurate reproduction but is all composite. Heck, the engines even sound like 3/4 scale Rolls Royce Merlins, and they will do about 400 mph.Blackbird,

I haven't gotten around to printing any of the b&W shots yet. I'd love to try to sell some, but I don't have a venue to do so. Eh, I guess I recreated and captured a moment in time.

I thought I would post this up in here 1st in case anyone of you guys might be interested, you get 1st dibs.
I know most of us in here are DSLR guys for the most part. But as some of you may know I have sorta adopted the M 4/3 format to a certain degree. Well I am think I am going to sell off some of my spare M 4/3 gear, (the g/f does not seem to interested in it, but wants a true point and shoot) I am thinking a Canon g12 or the new Olympus XZ-2, so to off set some of that cost............
I am offering up my Silver with black pebble leather 1/2 wrap Olympus EP-1 with some minor wear on it here and there. With a 8gb PNY Micro SD, kit 14-42 f3.5-5.6 lens and a el cheapo non coated 37mm CPL. I am thinking about 250ish shipped to your door.
PM me if your interested for pics and further details. I will be putting this is the F/S section in a few days or so, Like I said just want to give you guys 1st dibs
I know I need to tweek this one its a little dark,
