So, to make a long story short, I went jogging yesterday after not working out or doing any exercise of any kind in a long time and my legs are fucking killing me (muscle soreness). SHould I go jogging today (after stretching, of course)? Im the kind of person that when I commit to something (good or bad), I do it balls to the wall, no excuses, never fail, to the tilt. I lost 75 lbs this way back in 2005-2006. I stopped exercising due to a brain injury susatined in 2006 and then that lead to a personal battle with addiction that ended last year January where I spent all of 2010 either in jail or in rehab (which kept me at a decent weight until I came back home Novemeber of last year). Ive already gained 10-15 (Im at 205-210 now) pounds since then and I dont want to go back up to 245 so Im nipping it in the bud and starting up exercising again. Im not 24 anymore and I have had knee surgery in the past and dont want to injure myself. I also dont want to stop and fuck up the momentum Ive developed. If it were up to me, Id go. Opinions.
