I used to make these when i was a kid. Mine were more badass though. I cut up wire clothes hangers, sharpened them and inserted them into the paper cone and taped em together. I could get the dart well lodged in a tree from 50 feet or more.

Okay joke over. Turns out a 2.5 foot 1/2" PVC pipe is the most perfect nerf sniper. I can leave red spots on my brother's bare skin. And since he is such a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, hitting him with just a tshirt on the first time he fell down. Mwahaha
