Well in spring ill be selling my 944 because parts are just to expensive and so is my insurance and its time for a 951 or a project e30.

If you're feeling the 944 parts and insurance is too expensive then a turbo 944 is most definitely NOT the answer. :D

There are currently several S50 & S52 swapped cars for sale that are well within your budget.
I'd say go that route and change them up to your liking once you procure one.
