when i had my m42 i had the following work done: cold air intake, full exhaust, turner motorsport chip, 4 pintle mustang injectors, coil on plugs from an e36 328 got it to 142mph and ran out of room.

previously with my s50 540maf, full exhaust no cat, Active Autowerke Chip: 150mph and let off

I doubt it, I think a lot of you are full of shit, and considering these speedometers are crazy inaccurate at higher speeds I just don't see these numbers being realistic.
