I pull out and he throws on his lights. He ask, "Do you know you can't talk on the cell phone and drive in CT." I replied with, "I know that's why I got off of it before I pulled onto the public street. If you want to ask the owner of the parking lot to press charges for talking on the phone then go ahead." He took my info, ran me for warrants then gave me a verbal warning, "There is no talking and driving ANYWHERE in CT." Fuck you you small town cop. Go ahead and give me a ticket you fucking dope, it'll get dropped in court.

I like how cops try to use the whole "intimadation with the badge" thing.
:hitler::hitler::hitler::hitler: this is what the cops r like in my neck of the woods.

Never got a ticket in my e30 or any of the previous ones. But did
get a few in a suburban, sierra and an f-150. Speeding and reckless
        driving mostly.

I had a hidden short in one of my wires up front last fall that would blow a fuse and knock out my interior lights and one of my taillights. This was right around the time that URI was getting back in session, and I live in the biggest URI housing/party town in RI. Every single night I would get pulled over, without fail. They would ask how long I've lived there to see if I was an actual resident then they'd let me go and say get it fixed. It got to the point that they would come up to the car and say "Is that you, Byron?"

Another time I was cruising along in 6th doing about 32 in a 25, making almost no noise, and drove by a cop. He immediatly pulled out and pulled me over and said he heard me coming for at least 5 minutes and asked if I'd ever had any tickets for the exhaust. I said no and that it had just passed inspection this way (helps to work at an inspection place). He acted like I was lieing and made me start the car up again, so I did and it did the extra fuel thing that they do and reved up to around 2000rpm and he said "oh yeah, this thing is way too loud". I asked him what the rule was for what is too loud and he just said it was too loud again. He then tried to move over to check the front licence plate and kicked my valence by accident because it's so low. He looked down like wtf did I just kick then said "you passed inspection with this blown suspension?" This is where I got annoyed so I said it is an aftermarket suspension and is supposed to be that low. To which he replied "not that low" so I said "the limit for lowering in this state is the body of the vehicle cannot be lower than the bottom edge of the wheel. My car is legal height, I feel like you are searching for things that are wrong with my car." My car is actually lower than that, and thats not even the law lol (4" either way is the law) but it was dark out and raining so he said "good for you for knowing that. I'm only going to give you a 5 day for your exhaust, because you're disturbing people with that thing". So I did my best whooptie-doo face and left and got the ticket stamped the next day at work.

Those are the only real car related tickets/violations, the rest have been my fault.

The E30 is the only car that I ever got out of tickets in. Well also in my exgirlfriend's Geo too, he knew I wasn't lying when I said I wasn't speeding. But my E30 is slammed, rims, loud, etc. And I've gotten away everytime but when I am in the 525i mostly stock and even in the stock F150 4x4 I never get let off with a warning.

Once I was pulled over for speeding and he looks at the car and everything thats been done to it and asked if I liked to drive fast "speed racer"? I told him no and that it's my dad's car. But I really wasn't speeding, it seemed that way because of the noise from still being in 2nd gear, I didn't shift because I was trying to stick the straw into my CapriSun.

                                two days after completeing M20B25 from M20B20 swap 99 in a 70. = $230/35 Demerits.

and on the way to see my girlfriend 118 in a 100. = $120/25Demerits

                                all completely deserved.

Don't see to get much police attention, even though my Engine swap isn't certified (bit hard to tell anyway) and my licence plates aren't made by the government (same numbers/letters, but from germanplates.com)
