New to me work laptop

And it has no adobe flash and I can't install it without admin password. Anyway around this? Its winxp.

umm its been awhile since my computer days but maybe give this a try but its just a thought.

1)Download the program on to a cd or flash drive(maybe with another computer)
2) then reboot the laptop in safe mode( hit power button to turn it on and keep hitting f8 i believe until a screen comes up and one option should safe safe mode)
3)I think there should be a log in option for administrator and it shouldn't have a password or anything
4) navigate to file and then install
5)reboot in normal mode

Give it a try it might work

Ask an administrator to install it for you.

just restart your computer and hit esc or f8 to get the safe mode screen to pop up and you dont need a password to login in and you can change all the admin settings
