    Shitty deal.
I feel you bro, I have a mild case. Just headaches after two glasses if I drink too much then I get runs and massive gas. I mix that with beans and I destroy my friends =)

A gallon last about a day and a half in my house, I don't drink it, but my wife and three year old destroy it.

Some of you guys consume entirely too much dairy. More than you're supposed to. THATS WHY U GET SICK.

Milk is basic, and usually helps with GERD. Avoid whole milk bc it can over-stimulate your gall bladder.

You may just have lactose intolerance.

I drink like a gallon a day. Also have yet to break a bone. Idk if cavities mean anything but I don't have a single one on record. Milk must be good in large amounts, I'm over 6 feet now, and very healthy. The best part is I was lactose intolerant for a cool while, but I loved milk so I drank a shit ton of it and now everything is good, there is hope if you like dairy and can't have it. Just risk a near death experience if you really want it.
              Jah bless! :pimp:

I drink about half a gallon a day. If I'm not drinking beer, I'm drinking OJ or milk. I'm not an animal to drink water.

Store bought OJ is shit, full of fake sugars. Milk, well... And You don't drink water? Do you know the effects of not properly hydrating your body? You should have 64oz.'s a day, regardless of whatever other fluids you drink. Oh to be young, and unwise.

try florida's natural. not-from-concentrate, the with-pulp variety is goooood.

It's not about concentrate, you really soak up the marketing, don't ya?

See that "Pasteurized Orange Juice" on the label, that system that they use to kill any bad items (bacteria/virus/etc.) from the "Juice"? You know all the vital items and things in that "Orange Juice" you would ingest for your health? You do realize they have also been killed/degraded/etc.?

And then the commas in the not a significant source of blah blah blah. Not a good sign, you would get all those things out of a juicer and six oranges in your kitchen however.

no need to be so degrading. it tastes good and is far better for you than downing a sugared and creamed up starbucks in the morning.

personally, i have neither the time nor the dedication to fresh squeeze my own orange juice. so this will do. however, visiting my grandparents in florida and drinking their real orange juice is an absolute experience.

I didn't even begin to degrade, just make a statement.

I feel very sorry to hear that you are running through life at such a breakneck pace that you can't even stop and smell the fresh squeezed orange juice.

I eat about 4000 calories a day (lift weights), on days where i am too lazy to bother cooking ill drink a gallon which ends up being right over 2500 calories and 128g of protein. That only happens like once every two weeks but have two glasses with a scoop of whey protein in each one, delicious :D
