I love milk, but just had my gallbladder out and I seem to be having trouble with it. Fucking gallbladder!

This sounds like alternate commentary from Snatch. All we need is Boris walking around with a tea coozie in the middle of the road like a chicken.

fuck milk. nasty ass shit. not lactose intolerant however, as cheese and ice cream are still good.

can't eat too much ice cream though, something about the milkiness in it.

i get my calcium and other stuff from diff. foods.

    Milk is Lame.

Approximately 25% of bottle-fed children in the US receive soy-based formula - a much higher percentage than in other parts of the Western world. It is estimated that an infant exclusively fed soy formula receives the estrogen equivalent (based on body weight) of at least 5 birth control pills per day.(14) By contrast, almost no phytoestrogens have been detected in dairy-based infant formula or in human milk, even when the mother consumes soy products.

Milk doesn't go well with my stomach, so I switched to chocolate almond milk. I have vanilla almond milk too, and it's okay. I don't eat much cheese for the same reason, but goat cheese is a whole different ball game. It's similar tasting to cream cheese, but has the crumbly affect of bleu(sp?) cheese. I think it's incredible.

Silk soy chocolate milk is okay. I took a college culinary class and learned that soy milk actually has a lot of estrogen or something in it, and when the instructor brought some in to try none of the guys would touch it.

I have yet to try goat milk, I haven't seen any in stores around here, which is pretty surprising seeing as I live in farm country in PA..
