When I was 6 months old, I was diagnosed with a milk allergy. Not Lactose Intolerant, because thats a bit differnt, my body could not digest the protein properly...Gradually at age 13-14 i grew out of it...

I still hate milk, I love ice cream, yogurt etc...but for my cereal, I mix fat free coffee creamer in a 50/50 with water. Good stuff

I never knew goats milk had all those qualities. I feel bad for anyone who is lactose Intolerant, ever have a protein shake with water because your roomies killed the last of the milk? It's gross!

Vanilla soy on my cereal and chocolate soy as a snack.

Milk does grow on trees in Afghanistan. Free milk and soda all day long. Ship your wife out here.

    +2

i tried organic goats milk b4, but the smell had me thinking i was in a barn...right next to the goat.

Even tho i only consume about a glass a day, i think I'm gonna give it another try

You two are both nuts. Cow milk is good, though I am quite interested in fresh cow milk now. And goat milk sounds solid too. Soy milk is terrible, and hemp milk just sounds silly.
I wasn't vegan my whole life. Milk is one of the contributing factors of me going vegan though. I didn't realize I was allergic to it until I stopped drinking it and all my allergy symptoms went away. Getting rid of meat, sodas and caffeine have also improved the way I feel....much more energy now.
I too have heard of the acidic effects of milk consumption. Interesting theory but I can't say it's been proven.

Just with my morning bowl of cereal. ...And ice cream.
    I'm pretty unhealthy for a high-performance athlete.

I think being mostly vegan is the way to go. I also love Hemp Milk.
