I had to look one of these threads up. I was cleaning my dog's house and when I moved it to see how dead the grass was underneath it, I figured I'd flip the house and rinse it on the bottom as well (It's one of those plastic igloo ones). When I did I saw two big fuckers crawling away as fast as possible and while I was screaming like a little girl my eyes had enough time to focus and realize that there was a bunch of little baby lucifiers crawling away too.

I looked 'em up and turns out they were black widows. While I was cautiously putting everything back together another black widow (smaller) was crawling through the grass and I grabbed my acetylene torch and burned it back to hell.

^ me and a buddy were pulling up boards in his backyard and had a similar experience. We picked up one 2x4 and saw two gigantic black widows and about 13-15 of their little ones running around. We happened to have a big ass can of raid and so we thought "heh, these fellas are cooked." Hosed them down with the stuff till the little ones had to swim in it, but it didn't do much but slow down the big ones. Thats when I decided not to fuck around and I grabbed the can of gas that was by the shed and torched the whole patch of grass.

Spiders are not always effected by standard "raid".
I used to have hella Black Widows in my Garage in Kamloops, fuckers would laugh at Raid.
A neighbour suggested I use "spider Ban".
that shit kills those evil satan spawn dead...Highly recomend that stuff.
