                            i got my aluminum radiator today from ups and the box looked just like the one you got. lots of holes covered by tape i couldn't even pull the radiator strait out because the hose ends were sticking threw the box and taped over. luckily no holes or real damage to the fins.

                                If parts are falling out through the "don't actually lift here" handles, you're going to have a hell of a time getting UPS to take responsibility for poor packaging.. good luck, man.

                                                        if UPS trully thought it was a Giant Sedona low end atb, it would certainly withstand this type of abuse...perhaps not a full CF race bike.

                                                        probably would of been better for your mom to fly out to the sellers house and bike back.
