There is one like 20 min from my house, I've never inquired about it.

If lucky, the E36 will die peacefully, in its natural habitat, and be given the prestigious honor of donating its parts to an E30

        Self Serve Auto Shop

The Self Serve Auto Shop is a concept that I learned while serving our country in the military. I have taken the military's idea of providing a place for all to get out of the weather and have access to tools one step farther.
Self Serve Auto Shop will also save you money on parts and cleaners and provide up to date technical service manuals. As I like to say: You can build a car from scratch to detailing your ride. What's even better is you don't have to join the Army to get all of this.

If your are a Do-it-yourselfer than stop in and see how we can help your projects go easier and save you time and money.

And Because this is a military idea I want to thank all of my Brothers and Sisters in arms by giving all veterans 10% off all the time! Just show me you belong to a veteran organization or a DD214 or military ID Card and I'll discount 10% off all rental fees.

Uh, What? Those lawyers save your ass when some dumb ass hurts himself on your property. It sounds like a good idea but, in reality I don't see this working out. What happens when joe blow fucks his car up and its unable to roll and has to stay on the lift? Do the customers have to take some course so they know how to properly use a lift? Too many uncontrolled variables IMO.

In the shop at school, you drop your DL off at the tools counter and they write you up a list of what tools you took. You don't bring back a tool, they stick you with a bill and you don't get your ID back till you pay. Simple.

I would do this but with a credit card instead, like rentals from any other place.

I remember someone tried to start one here in socal some time ago. Not sure if its still around.
