This is both creepy and super intriguing as well. What do you think? Think that there are clouds that carry bodies of water in them??? How freaky would it be if they actually proved this??? Nobody can explain this?

clouds ARE bodies of water. the most prevalent theory is that it is a tornado that sucks them up into the sky.
