way less than its worth.. lets leave it at that... we made out VERY well with this lease... this was the around the 50th apartment we looked at (what im a picky bastard when it comes to my home)... we took it IMMEDIATELY when he told us how much... most apartments around here should be condemned or should be call closets not apartments...

we lucked out... that and the owner is totally chill... u cant even imagine how happy we are things worked out as well as they did
