Yes. But the cops fail to do anything. They require 3 calls in one night to issue a ticket. I'm not going to waste their time for such menial shit when It will take forever for anything to come of it, and in the process become "That guy"

Long story short. I have extremely inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. I have tried talking to them. I have tried the landlords. Etc. etc. They've been up there for 6 months. I've dealt with this for far too long.

If you say move, Fuck you I'm looking.. I'm on a limited budget, and this place has a garage for me.

They have recently purchased a downward firing powered subwoofer. No bueno.

I was debating on picking up some liquid ass and squirting it through their door. But right on the other side of it is hardwood. So it will pool up and be fairly easily discovered.

They have no basement key. which is where the circuit breaker is. I WAS going to use a radio controlled socket to do a dead short. But that killed it and made a fun smokey mess. Now I guess I have to go analog. Drill hole in floor and feed a string to basement. Use a twisty tie on the breaker. Come back into apartment, Yank string. Pull it up.

So, to prevent this from being a massive thesis. What's your best advice to get at em. I'm a patient person, and I've been patient enough. Revenge it is. Slow painful revenge.
