If you were living under a rock like me from 2004-2010, you could hit up LOST. I'm about to wrap that one up, 3 episodes left. Just started watching Mad Men.

I think Heroes is really good. No one has mentioned it yet. Also 24 and Dexter.

"The Camry is an appliance, not a car. It attracts folks who have the same regard for driving that they have for washing dishes,
i.e. it's a necessary but somewhat unpleasant chore and they want something to make the task a little easier and insulate them from the process."

            Netflix Streaming:

-Prison Break is about a guy who commits a crime to get into the same jail his brother is in. His brother is on death row and he strategically plans to get him out before his time is up.
-Weeds is the shit. It's about a soccer mom who grows and sells pot, bad hoes and tons of weed, just what interest me.
-Sons of Anarchy is a show about a biker gang. As gay as that sounds, it's dopppe.
-Dexter is about a serial killer who works forensics for the police. It's sick, not lame at all like most tv criminal shows.
-Lost is the shit. I too was living under a rock and never gave it a chance, it's an awesome show about a plane crash and survival. It's long winded though, so be prepared for 6 seasons of craziness.
-American Dad is not exactly a series, but it's fucking hilarious. Similar to family guy, but not played out.
-Californication is a funny series about a writer in California. He's comical, bangs hot young women, and makes fun of everyone with his sarcastic, clever/witty comments. Definitly worth watching.

After reading this thread, I took it upon myself to check out Archer and it is definitely funny as hell.
Had to get used to the animation, but I'm past that. It's hilarious.

If you liked Madmen check out Boardwalk Empire. Very similar style, just more violent. Its about the prohibition years, set in Atlantic city.

If you like The Office, try these:
                          • The original UK version of The Office
                          • Parks and Recreation
                          • Arrested Development

All of them are available on Netflix streaming. Also, as others have mentioned, Dexter is awesome (especially Seasons 1 and 4). It's nothing like The Office, but it's a great series.

The Leauge - If you are into fantasy football. Only one season and six episodes though.

Home Movies - Strangely funny animated series about a kid that likes to make movies.
