Oxford English / English English same thing LoL. In Germany you have ISD schools where everything is taught in English don't you also? I hear great things from German friends about said schools.

The problem is that in England today, more people are mis spelling and talking in slang! "Iz it cos ma m8 iz da tits" which is an average English sentence today. This winds me up hearing it.

Off topic slightly, in the UK if you write an essay for university you have to choice of writing it complete in English english or American english but you can't chop and change. I never knew this till copying some notes from a friend for an essay due.

We are in America, we speak AMERICAN.

English comes with an awesome accent, especially when applied with female vocals.

Yes they are good schools, but they are rather pricey. My Wife looked at one in Heidelberg, €1000/mo....per kid. I have twins.

In American we have a very poor vocab. See Chomsky.

See, when I see someone put "center council" I immediately look to see where they're from. If their location says anything other than US/Canada, I think "meh, they're from another country so English probably isn't their first language."

But when someone from the US says that shit, I want to reach through the internet and punch them in the dick.

I've actually heard someone say that shit in real life and I had to keep myself from saying "are you fucking retarded?"
