so the shop is tuning it up right now and then there gonna smog it, its registered as non-op so i don't think the DMV fees will be terrible.

E21 is a 2002 with better ventilation, electronic-ish fuel injection, more weight, better wheel offset, questionable looks, possibly a 5speed, and a shiity front suspension design.

I've got a set of Alpina B6 engine mount arms (M30) that you will be needing, have fun and buy the damn thing already. You sure are wishy-washy.

i'm with you except this. the Kjet in it's earliest stage had no electrical controls except bi-metal heated time switches, hardly electronic. the post 7/79 build date came with a 1st. generation Lamda system of simple design.

I was trying to point out the differences between the mechanical fuel injection that the 2002 potentially could have had (Tii) and the next generation that E21 came with but did not do a very good job, as you have politely pointed out, with the few words i allowed myself. Thanks for improving my comparison.
