I didn't know either - the only wall paint I have bought is eggshell and Navajo white - standard off-the-shelf stuff...

I just called home depot and Sherwin Williams and they said no, They cant work off Pantone codes:(

SW 6958 DYNAMIC BLUE (seems to be a perfect match)

with a few quick calculations I figure I can be at Jhomos trailer park in 4 hours
Its about 700 miles at 180MPH (allowing a little extra time for slowing to 150MPH for school zones)
