And I am sure frostwire will be back up within the week, give it some time. Or if you cannot wait I would say try and torrent it. You can also get a bunch of movies and stuff while youre at it...

The problem with this is that it's recompressing an already compressed audio stream. The output bitrate is not always equal to the input bitrate. A lot of the time you end up with an mp3 file that has a 320kbps bitrate, but the audio is closer to 128kbps because that's how it was encoded originally.
