If you really want a motivation to work on your grades...pay out of pocket. That'll sober your ass up real quick about how much $$$ is at stake. Escpecially when you can't get a refund for a class after slacking off.Originally posted by Wh33lhopThis is r3v. Check your vaginal sand at the door.Comment

One of the last ones was only 16. I'll leave her home this time. Bless her heart because she's a doll and I love her to death, but even I'm not ready to go to prison.world renown Harry Potter expert

How do you pay for living expenses then? Student loans? I mean as of right now I'm one of the lucky ones who can manage to go to school full time, work full time, pay my bills, pay for tuition and books out of pocket with no loans, and still save a couple hundred a week. But in order to do this I'm working to the bare bones...I'm really wanting to find an alternative solution that doesn't involve loans. I don't qualify for Grants anymore because I make "too much money". Working at McD's for 30 hours a week puts you over that line.Comment

I guess just work your ass off until you get promoted for more $$$.
I've been doing that and informed my immediate supervisor (Senior Project Manager) that I'll have my Associate's along with a Six Sigma green belt July next year. I'm work on a bachelor's in business/project management w/ a concentration in renewable energy w/ six sigma certification...UGH. He wants to bring me on as an apprentice to take over when he retires in 2016. I've been trying to get that apprenticeship for over a year now....feels good.Originally posted by Wh33lhopThis is r3v. I've been writing a 13 page essay simply breaking down the financial statement formats between the top four Airline companies, with one of them being prepared under U.S. GAAP, and the other three under IFRS.
Blow me, now.
Oh yeah, and all four hedge international currencies as contingency plans. I'd blow myself if I could.world renown Harry Potter expert

Lol my step-dad specializes in that. It's a very under-estimated drain on our economy the way they peg their currency. Luckily things are evening out a little bit with the inflation they're experiencing, but our trade relationship with them isn't a good one.'91 325i
