    Congrats, Sam.

Currently in my last month of university.

I started this thread in my first month of university, 4 years ago. Trippy.

Only have two classes (general education), and my senior thesis seminar.

I am writing my economics thesis on the economic effects of german reintegration on the german healthcare system.

God damn. I'm so frustrated. I helped my sister write her waitlist letter for UC San Diego, she got in for Human Bio/Pre-med, but decided to go to UC Davis again for Biomedical Engineering.

I know she is going to drop out of engineering, but she didn't listen to me. :(

She'll also know if she got into Berkeley by Wednesday off the wait-list.

I'm so frustrated. SAN DIEGO all day over Davis. Beach vs. cows going moo?

Been stressed about getting a B in my accounting class from late assignments in the last 3 days because it drops my GPA below the requirement to get into the program I want.

Just got my accounting grade and the professor forgave them because I was in the top 5 of the class. I still have an A and 1 step closer into getting into the degree program I've been wanting.

All this school talk is stressing me out. My most stressful days were spent in college worrying about tests, homework, and grades. The "real world" for me is so much easier. It's nice to get off work and not have to worry about work for the rest of the day...for me at least.

OMG that would be amazing. I'm constantly being harassed internally about my last flipping quiz grades and whatnot.

On a side note, my flipping audit class average on the midterm was 68% and I asked the professor if he was curving it. He's like, "nope, it was a pretty standard bell shaped curve." WTF! I get that it was a bell curve, but that's gonna screw the class at final grade time!!!

I'm hoping he'll curve the final grade and that its some kind of mind game to make us work harder.

I remember laying in bed on Sunday nights thinking how long the week was going to be and knowing that I won't have any free time whatsoever until Friday night.

I had one class where the teacher graded based on smiley faces. 3 smileys was the best and 3 frowny faces was the worst with a neutral face being mediocre. I literally had no idea what my grade was going into the final exam.

That's the worst when you have no idea what the final grade will be.

What's stupid is that on the auditing midterm I studied like 2x as long as I normally would for a midterm and still got 70% on it. I haven't gotten 70% on a test in YEARS! and his damn chapter quizzes are ALWAYS from left field and have nothing to do with the homework... I'm a pretty consistent B+ or A- student and I can't figure out this stupid auditing class even though I'm really trying. I just want to pass the stupid class and get on with my life. 3 more weeks...

I have my first midterm for my masters program today... I haven't taken a midterm since 2009. I had to make an appointment at the local CC, pay $30 for a proctor, and then sit in a room for 80 minutes with nothing but my textbook and some paper... I thought I let this BS behind when I finished my BS lol

ONE MORE FINAL TO GO AND DONE WITH COLLEGE.

Stupid GE class called Politics of Immigration to satisfy one of my univeristy GE reqs.

Actually sorta interesting topics, but I got a D+ on the mid-term because I didn't study whatsoever.

Confident that because I'm actually studying for the final that I'll pass it and pass it well.

Gonna pull that D+ into an A! :D

Finishing my last community college course, finally, then on my way up to SFSU in August. I've already been working in the professional world so quiting my job to earn my degree is messing with my head. Oh also, fuck debt. Never thought I'd take loans out besides for a mortgage.

Completed community college and had my orientation for Sacramento State yesterday. Super stoked to be attending a four year college. Might be taking a summer class or two, which I am not stoked about, but it should help me get a decent schedule this fall.

This. I just finished one degree, now I'm on to another, in a totally different field. I'll be done in 4 years if I'm lucky, and I'm dreading every single second of it. This will be my last summer break until I finish my next degree, I hate school. I look forward to the day where I have a reasonable job where I do some work, get some reasonable pay, and go home. It will be much easier than what I'm up against now, working for crumbs and going to school at the same time, being perpetually poor. People who say school isn't "the real world" or is easier than "the real world" probably either never did it or are silver-spoon babies who didn't have to apply themselves to make it through.
