I just remembered this site www.quizlet.com. I used it a lot when I was in nyc studying for my real estate test. You make your own quiz's and stuff. It actually really helped me out. Just started using it again.


EDIT: Also, do you guys listen to music while studying? help at all? I remember through high school i couldnt listen to anything with lyrics. i feel like i need some background noise so any recommendations would be sweet.

It depends what type of work I'm doing or on my mood.
Writing papers, I like to put on some chill vibes, reading for comprehension not so much.

So where do you guys get your motivation from?

I love to learn much like what was said by m boner knee.
I'm also motivated by my aspirations to make my parents proud, see the world and live comfortably in an unpredictable future.
One of my biggest goals in life is to immerse myself in as many different cultures and living environments as possible.

Before I'm 30, I want to embark on a world expedition like this

I think my problem is I have been focusing everything on engineering... no other classes. I need to take some non math/engineering classes and broaden my horizons a little.

I need to take some engineering classes so I can actually start getting my degree, having all math, and science classes gets wearing.

What's everybody's favorite or most interesting class so far this semester?

I'm taking comp sci for the first time and I actually quite like it, python seems to be a nice language and I have a knack for the logic and thought process of the whole thing.

Also taking quantum physics I this semester and things are starting to get trippy, it's a fun class so far.

All those recommendations are money. also if you're familiar with adultswim, I found a playlist of nearly every single song from their bumps it is mad mellow and gets me in a productive mood.

Im so glad you mentioned Nujabes. Modal Soul is an album that if I start listening to it than its going to stay in my cd player for months. And I know a lot of the adult swim stuff are Dilla beats. I cant listen to Dilla while doing homework. Get caught up in the music. I think you were the other guy vouching for Kanyes music in a thread? If so, were going to get a long fine.

Anyways, back on topic. I highly doubt ill be doing online classes next semester. I have two right now and the work load is totally excessive. but time is flying by so itll be over before i know it.

finished a couple hour study session at the library, reward=r3v
