Hey you could get some cheap ring or bracelet at Tiffanys for under $90. However I would be careful with this and not set yourself up to fail in future years.

When my wife and I were dating, our first Christmas I got her some stuff to fix her MkII GLI. Like a thermostat and shift linkage. She did not even know what she was holding when she opened it. Plus I liked driving/working on that car. Even better it was under $100 and if I screw up now she is just thankful that I did not buy her car parts.
