I'd agree she goes over board with the name calling, I found myself giggling at some of the things the kids did, not because of their condition...I'd laugh if a perfectly functioning adult did the same thing.
The funny thing is that this thread (http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=231241) is no different...

I'm sorry if I offended anyone by posting this. It is obvious that the author cares a lot for these kids of you read through a few entries.
There are some very funny stories. Funny because of what happens, not solely because they are challenged.
