Being the Father of a child with special needs I find this in VERY poor taste, not your post but the blog in general. How the hell can someone call themselves a special ed teacher and call thier students "tards"?

I'd agree she goes over board with the name calling, I found myself giggling at some of the things the kids did, not because of their condition...I'd laugh if a perfectly functioning adult did the same thing.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone by posting this. It is obvious that the author cares a lot for these kids of you read through a few entries.

There are some very funny stories. Funny because of what happens, not solely because they are challenged.

And yes, some of the stories are sad and realistic. Not all of it is a joke.
