I have to be careful. I used to know every customer so I could do it all the time. I had one guy call me to let me know "my employees" had drawn a CnB's on the outgoing box and he just wanted to alert me so i could reprimand them. He meant well but little did he know he was speaking to the owner with the mind of a 13 yo
