Any intelligent woman with a shred of class will notice a Patek over some 60mm plastic nixon.
A friend of mine has a family heirloom Patek that's in the six-figure range and it's probably the best looking time piece I've ever seen.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment

These are interesting. Out of my price range. But the most unique style.

tourbilon movements are neat but not my style. nor are the skeleton dials, display backs on traditional dials are more my speed for admiring the movement in action.Originally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.

I dunno, guys. I'm seeing lots of cheesy fashion-accessory watches in this thread. If you're looking for a fashion accessory, then by all means buy a Hermes. They'll be happy to sell you a matching purse to go with it.
I prefer the simple, classic designs:

Either most of you are BS'ing or it is much more common than I thought for average people to drop several thousand or more on a watch. Is it really that important to own a really nice watch? I can appreciate them for sure but unless I was really wealthy, I just could not bring myself to drop that kind of money.
