all work out programs work if you follow it perfectly.
it seems like alot of plyometrics and no rest=good for fat lose but bad for the real reson of plyometrics, explosive power and agility. For this you need to rest between each set sometimes up to 5 minutes for max results.
Plyometrics is different than cardio, etc. , you are using 100% for short bursts, this is why football players & sprinters use it the most. Even when you rest alot and do 30minutes-1hour of plyo you will see results, this is the only way I can get a six pack.Last edited by Thizzelle; 03-27-2012, 11:19 AM."I wanna see da boat movie"

if you need an intense work out just don't ever rest inbetween exercises it's the same thing and you can do whatever exercise you want. My teacher always said working out is just getting your heartrate up and doing something more then what you do everyday,ie stgress your heart out from what it's use to doing. Like power walkers are a joke they are just walking a little faster not much stress on the heart. Don't beleive me go power walk a mile then next day go skip a mile! tell me which is more of a workout, unless you skip everywhere."I wanna see da boat movie"

Day 2:
Plyometric cardio.. pretty ridiculous. I am still thinking I won't be able to walk tomorrow. I don't know why I am so willing to do exercises that begin with "suicide" but, well, Sean T is just too convincing. Definitely had to take a lot more rests today, the lightheadedness went away but god damn, all the power jumping and up and downs really through you through a loop. I expect to have no issues next week with the dizziness.
A bit of background, I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol all that often. Eat pretty healthy, but just living the typical American lifestyle, drive everywhere and don't typically lift more than 50 lbs more than 3 times a week.
I will say, I do feel great. Things seem more colorful (oxygenation FTW) and I feel great towards the end of the day instead of dragging ass. Also, hungry as fuck, but not craving shit foods, craving substantiated healthy foods and water. (I don't typically drink soda; water, tea or coffee.. sometimes a root beer.)
Anyway, yeah. So far this shit cray.

I have a question. How come nobody just works out on their own, why does it take a video of a guy doing it for people do get motivated? What he is doing is just putting excersizes that you can find everywhere online, picking which ones he likes and putting them into 30minute workouts, don't understand."I wanna see da boat movie"
