Too bad you didn't helicoil it!

The good news is that if the motor ever comes out, it can be helicoiled, and it will be an easy job. Its not something I'd want to try to do in the car however. The odds of getting the hole crooked are way too high.

Sweet, now go get about 6 cans of engine degreaser and hose the filth off the motor. It will make life much easier finding leaks ect.
