Just really pissed off this happened to him. Family is on a flight back from vacation and does not have a house to live in.
It made me think over what would have happened if it caught my house on fire and I lost 15k worth of parts/wheels I have stored in my bedroom. I think that is why I am "butthurt", just been putting myself in his shoes all day because the fire was so hot they had to hose our house to keep it from going up.
But I get what you mean, I am not mad at him really. And this is r3v, I know how it works. I am one of the assholes on here...~ Puch Cafe. ~ Do business? feedback ~ Check out my leather company ~

I have no idea how he feels, I cannot wrap my head around losing EVERY SINGLE thing that you hold dear. Let alone the place that you call your castle.Originally posted by James Crivellone1) The internet is NOT serious business.

Had some friends lose their house about a month ago. It was a nice building fixed up for renters but its bones were 1920s ish stock. Rando-electrical fire in the stairwell wall on a friday night at 9:30. They are musicians and lost a lot of their instruments- melted the windshield and tires off the camry out front, did $4500 of damage to a newer mazda (warped a door so bad it had to be replaced)
They just smelled smoke and walked outside to look into the basement/crawlspace and when they came back inside it was just engulfed in flames. My buddy saved his stand-up base and grand-dads guitar... but the $2000 mountain bike, laptops, piano, etc etc.....
If you dont have renters insurance... and are a renter with shit you dont want to lose.... you best get on that.
Since they are in bands a lot of bars had fundraisers for them where a 1$ of every beer sold went to their fire fund. They made like 6g a piece.
Sorry about your neighbor~ shit really sucks.
