Might be your hose, try switching it out. Also do you have any corrosion occurring in your stem?
Any hookah smokers?

Do you have other people packing your bowls (lawl) to see if there is a difference? Yeah clean hoses and stem are always suspect for that kind of stuff. How often do you clean your hook?

stem base as the glass base or the stem? Honestly, I think after a bit I was starting to get the same problem lol.

I want to start using my hookah again... What tobacco should I get? I want something with nice flavour and a bit of a buzz...Comment

I rock the basic style starbuzz flavors (watermelon, black mint, tropicool is all i got right now) and stay away from the razzmatazz, purple slushie, green alien junk.
My bag also contains some assorted fumari and al fakher flavors.
My go to mix at hookah bars is al fakher rose mint. Hard to superly mess up as Im not to picky on the ratio. One thing I've noticed with al fakher is you must be aware of your heat management. They tend to burn quick and horribly.

All I smoke is Fumari and one specific Starbuzz flavor: Mint Colossus.
I can't smoke ANY of their other flavors anymore they make me sick.
I pretty much always blend flavor, never just one type.
Lemon mint/Pricky Pear/Tropical Fruit mix works well for me. I add some sort of mint to everything because it seems to smooth it out and add a sort of chill to the smoke, never really tastes warm.1991 325i - "Scambles" The Daily Driven lightly modded.

Boo, tin foil is a no-no. Get a stainless steel screen. Also that bowl is huge if your smoking alone. Otherwise I like it, very minimalist style.1991 325i - "Scambles" The Daily Driven lightly modded.
