I have never once had a problem with foil besides it tearing when I don't want it to.
As long as you can control/distribute heat properly it doesn't matter what you use.
Most screens I have seen have large holes, I prefer many small holes. Another reason I don't want to get one.Comment

With it the right way around the bowl interferes with it and doesn't seal properly. If you notice the bottom right corner of the picture you'll see my impromptu coal tray/cake pan.
Edit: It's also stupidly small and basically useless.

I like Coconaras but I always cut em in half, I always use tabs like Golden Charcoal and Fumari.
Just tried Now with Melon from Tangiers, it taste like melon gum its pretty good.
