It definitely uses less shisha compared to a harmony bowl. And, amazingly, I get better results on the second set of coals than my friend does with his harmony bowl. My alien mini will last close to two hours with good flavor up until the last like 10 minutes and even then it isn't awful.

Just finished smoking. Got through two hours with an alien mini bowl packed with social smoke baja blue. Two sets of coals and absolutely zero loss of flavor or clouds. I love this bowl so much.

This is true to an extent. I just did a speech on hookah.
The amount of smoke you inhale during a hookah session is a llooottt more than a cigarette. But a cigarette burns hotter, has more chemicals, has tar, has more tobacco (to an extent), and is just horrible for you. Hookah tobacco is more pure, the water cools the smoke before it goes into you lungs so it doesnt burn them as much, and its not burning the tobacco, just heating it.
With that said I have switched to Fumari and I LOVE it. Best flavor huge cliuds can smoke for a long time. I got bored with my regular ig account and make one dedicated to hookah and smoke tricks. You guys should check it out.Comment

Technically shisha "has" tar. From what I understand, the tar comes from burning tobacco leaves. However, since you aren't (at least if you're doing it right) burning the tobacco you aren't getting anywhere near the amount of tar as cigarettes.
Another thing to remember is that, if smoking a bowl of hookah was like 10 cigarettes why don't I, nor countless other hookah smokers getting addicted to the effects of it?

Tar is created when tobacco is burnt at 800+ degrees. Coals are around 300 degrees, so technically there is none in hookah.

I assume the nic delivery is similar to vaping ish. With cigs the nic gets in the blood stream quickly with all the chemicals. Compared to vaping where nicotine takes 5-6mins to absorb into your system & u start to feel the effects. I assume hookah also has a lower concentration of nic.
So to an extent your addicted. If hookah was as "mobile" as a vape or cig im sure you'd be far more addicted. Just have to remember addiction is physical/mental. As an ex smoker i can tell you just the motion of smoking a cig is part of the addiction. You notice yourself holding pens like cig, and that habit doesnt really go away.

True, people get addicted to hookahs and don't like admitting it ;) Always wondering what O's you can smoke or how tight some flavor would smoke during the moment. But also, I love the social aspect if you get enough people who enjoy it. Feels like your at a french cafe just talking for hours. Bibbidy bobbidy boopi debappity!
