So much truth in this statement. If I didn't have my wonderful girlfriend, I would never have another relationship again.

OT, I was dating my high school girlfriend for about a year and a half prior to prom. So it was pretty assumed we would go. I don't recall asking in a special way, probably just a card or note in class or something.


And the dance itself sucked. Worst social event of my young life. The night afterward was not any more illustrious either.

But, prom was a bust since she went to a private school and:

-Her christian school was camping at the beach the same weekend and she absolutely couldn't miss -.-
-I waited for her outside the hotel along the massive line until everyone entered, and then some. (Picture me sitting on a bench off to the side in my tux with her corsage in a box waving to all my friends and explaining the situation.)
-She didn't know any of my friends.
-Didn't want to dance
-Found a friend she knew from way back and chatted it up all night.

I wore a shirt that said P and my friends wore shirts saying R O M. Long story short, she yelled at me through the entire prom, and I didn't get laid, so I ditched her at her friend's house and went streaking through my neighborhood. That night she cheated on me with a college freshman who I played ball with, and I wasn't told about this for 6 months then we broke up on 1 year anniversary.

Moral of the story: Do anal before she has the chance to break up with you.

i helped one friend do the chalk on the football field and ask that way.

another we used the school's PA system

another used the projector in class.

i told a girl she was going with me over txt lol.

best one was a friend put together a scavenger hunt then drove under a bridge that we hung a banner from, but she didn't look the first time so he had to make a u-turn, he said he didn;'t explain it just kept telling her to look straight

I was dating the same girl for all 4 proms, she was a JR and I was a freshman. For the first one, I spent a shit ton of money and got a limo and a nice hotel room. We fucked in the limo most of the night after spending just enough time at the prom to say hi and get pics taken, then fucked in the hotel most of the night while drinking. Finished up fucking in the morning for a few hours before check out.

By the time prom #4 rolled around, it was prom , pics and sex at the motel 6.

So, yea, I just said, " do you want to go to the prom?"
