I ask because I live in the Mormon Stronghold, Just a short drive away, the population of a town north of me is 95% LDS. There are places nearby, that to this day, do not sell coffee/tea, or caffeinated beverages. Gas Stations that do not sell cigarettes, and families that buy up the liquor licenses and pass them down generation to generation simply to prevent alcohol from being sold in the places they claim as their own.

That is messed up! I thought Mesa was bad, although I have been told that Springerville and Pinetop/Lake Side are lile that in northern AZ.

I've never done Cocaine before but I have done Speed/Base + Ecstasy twice.

Both time were at raves back in 2004/05ish, First time was two .5g baggies of speed and 2 pills, my first ever drug experience was doing a line off a glass table, I was thinking "Holy shit this is fucking crazy",
The second time was .25g of base + 1 1/2 pills. Both times were the most fun I've ever had, dancing all night and just having an awesome time, I'm a shy guy and was talking to a girl and her friend, she stopped me and was like "you know that everything you just said you said to my boobs" and laughed.

Coming down after the first time though was the single worse thing I've ever experienced in my life. When I finally got home I sat in my room all day with my stereo speakers in my face blasting trance trying to keep hold of the high I was on but it just kept slipping away, I don't even know the word for it it was like if I lost it I would die. It sucked SO hard.

The second time was a year later at the same rave, finished at 9am and had to fly home (1.5hour flight) at 2pm so it was pretty much just pack up and head to the airport. All I remember is being on the train after it finished, then sitting at my gate in the airport (everytime the coke machine kicked in it sounded like it was playing music and was tripping me out) then staring out the window of the plane and bursting out laughing. That comedown was pretty chill though, nothing like the first time.

I've been in a situation where I've had access to these drugs again, but I didn't want to take them just for the hell of it. Same thing with pot, I've smoked it at a party ect, but never actually sourced it out myself.

It was an experience I'm glad I did, I kinda wish I didn't do it the second time because it wasn't as good as the first (kind of like seeing a band play live a second time and they're not as good as the first time and kind of spoils it) but yeah.

^That's really the truth, you will always be chasing that feeling from the first high every time you do it again, and it's so elusive, you've got to come close to crossing right over the "I did way too much..." line to even touch it.

Never had interest in doing pot and still haven't to this day.

However, coke and maybe LSD (not at the same time) have come across my mind here and there. I already have enough energy for a 24 year old as it is, so I can't imagine doing it and not being even more hyper/energetic.

back OT; Been around coke once and was offered but I declined. Since then I've been wishing I had tried it...this is how I know I made a good decision to not try it that night. Not only do I have an awesome time with uppers but I really like putting powdered things in my nose...just the act of snorting something is kind of enjoyable to me. I don't know why it is that way, but that's what i found out last semester while writing my final 2 papers with some adderall

I love coke but adderall and shit like that scares mex people have been using coke to get high since the dawn of time. But taking medicine to get high doesn't sit well with me for some reason.

one chemical (which is often processed in remote areas/not in a sterile lab) is okay because it's considered a narcotic and has been used for a long time but something which has been created in a lab is not just because it's 'medicine?'

this does not compute...In the past, cocaine was used quite frequently for medicinal purposes. Even today it's still considered a schedule II narcotic IE has medicinal value

Don't get me wrong; Generally, I'm not a fan of using prescription drugs to correct disorders/conditions. I'm just trying to see where you're coming from.

Honestly I wish I did sometimes for the experience. I'm such a square not only have I not done any drugs, I've never had a drop of alcohol, hell I've never even drunk a can of any carbonated beverage.

Watched 2 co-workers almost ruin their lives with blow. Both of them had over 200k type jobs, married with kids and everything that goes along with it. They both lost their jobs and had to declare BK. Fortunately they have bounced back but they lost 2 years of their lives getting their shit together.

I have a scipt for Watson's and that is about it besides bourbon.

I worked for a guy once, he owned a few gas stations. His primary location was also a Performance shop with in house dyno.

Long story short, the Coke addiction got away from him. They found him in a hotel room in his home town (he had gone there to get clean). From what I have heard, he binged out until he had a heart attack.

The man had it all, shop, wife, kids. Threw it all way.
