I have been wanting a semi-futuristic COD game for a while now. Too bad it's being made by Treyarch, though... I am just not a huge fan of the way their games play/feel. On the other hand, I hope this game's story is as kick ass as the first Black Ops...

Saw this earlier today, not too keen on the whole futuristic thing, but I probably will end up with a copy.. As you said, it's a damn shame Treyarch developed the game.

Meh, it's BF 2142 and Halo combined. It looks interesting but I really hope they make it like BF3 for multiplayer, otherwise it's only a good game to torrent.

So its Modern Warfare 4 basically since MW3 ended in 2018 or so..........Really disappointed by the trailer but I hated multiplayer black ops anyways. Probably rent and return.

bf2142 was an abysmal failure. i think this will do well, but nothing will touch cod4.

only thing i can hate on is releasing the trailer 6 months in advance. now i have to wait. ffuuu.

And I am one of the haters of COD shit, this looks pretty good. I enjoyed the first one for multi. But MW3 grew on me more.

I'm a BF3 person, I play COD just for the story line. All the stories are pretty cool but this one i'm a little iffy about.

I realized I was a COD nerd when I was playing modern warfare 2. In the prison mission when you blow through the last wall, I saw captain price, recognized him and thought, "I need to get some sunlight if I recognize video game characters."

Not a huge fan of the whole futuristic thing, but game makers need to make up new wars so Ill give it a go.
