From watching gameplay, I can surmise a few things:

Cons:

Kills happen as fast as MW3, based on a spray and pray aiming system. Might lead to more action, but overall, rewards the less skilled shots

Overpowered class combinations. I know I am going to run with no secondary, they are useless and you can pick up the first one you see on the ground for a free 11th slot as your extra primary.

No pro perks. Less fun IMO, not working for a reward with your basic perks.

No protection at most B Dom Flags. Promotes sloth in domination.

All those bullshit notifications that pop up over your FOV and get in the way. Are you kidding me? I don't need a notification of +10 points in the crosshairs when I have a spy plane up and a teammate gets a kill. And don't put up symbols at the top of my screen when I do anything other than run straight. I swear, they just want people to be blind all game and get make it easier to get killed.

Pros:

Trey Arc made it so they actually will support it well and fix issues and re-balance what needs to be.

I think it promotes teamwork, since it's harder to cap flags/objs. Though, no one in the CoD community plays as a team, unless you group up before hand. Pub lobbies will be trash as usual.

Kill streaks look .... different.

Maps are brighter. Players pop against the background more.

You're rewarded greater for playing obj than any previous COD.

Overall, I will probably get it b/c my Black Ops 1 disc is breaking and most of my friends/teammates will be getting it. Though I think it will play too much like MW3 for my liking.

i watched game play, WTF so much shit to do I miss COD1. like 5 guns for each side to choose, leaning and 1 shot kills, so basic but perfect.

played one game of domination, went from 1-6. My score for that game was 4500. It was easy mode

I bought it for PC last night. I play both BF and COD. I like them both. They are completely different games. I hate when people try and compare them. They require different styles of play.

Its very similar to previous COD games, obviously. I wasnt expecting a major change. Ive never been a huge fan of futuristic games, but so far ive been happy. They didnt put in lazer blasters and photon beams and shit like that... at least so far they havnt.

Ive played through the first bit of the single player. So far its all been story building, but entertaining.

MP ive made my way up to about lvl 30. (i had the day off work lol)
I kinda miss the $ system from the first BO but the token thing serves essentially the same purpose.

Of the little bit of the campaign I played, I enjoyed it. The multiplayer...meh. It's definitely changed, but I can't say any of the changes were improvements.

This is an improvement of mw3 and BO in every single way. brighter maps, more map interaction, guns are sweet, perks are cool and blah blah blah. I swear you guys can complain just about anything.
