Guys, it's much more economical to dump stuff into the water supply. Why do you think they dump toxic halides in like flouride? Duh. it's way cheaper than putting it in a plane and letting it rain down from above.

I will say that I believe that they are spreading something in the air. Official response is weather control but without detailed further information it sounds shady. Surprised that you haters of big government aren't more for this.
